As we continue to grow, we are in search of a dedicated Online Cybersecurity Instructor to enhance our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing instruction on certifications to students in an asynchronous virtual setting.

What you will do:
  • Deliver recorded, virtual training to prepare students for certification and also skill-based assessments according to the “Dion Training Way.”
  • Prepare associated training materials, including outlines, scripts, and practice exams
  • Collaborate with the quality control team to ensure the best possible material.
  • Collaborate with the social media team to provide course promotional materials.
  • Collaborate with the student success team to respond to inquiries and address potential issues with materials.
  • Regularly collaborate with the rest of our team
  • Follow our company's brand guidelines
  • Work independently and within production schedules
About you:
  • Be able to attend team meetings each Mondays 9 am (Eastern Standard Time)
  • At least 1 year of online teaching experience
  • At least 3+ year of IT or cybersecurity work experience
  • Hold current certifications for CySA+, PenTest+ and CASP certifications
  • Ability to create real-life scenarios with examples and analogies for course materials
  • Experience with curriculum and syllabus development and lesson planning
  • Experience in creating exam questions or assessments for certification exams is highly desirable.
  • Excellent research skills and the ability to gather information from reliable sources.
  • Exceptional writing and editing abilities with a keen eye for detail.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with a solid grasp of English grammar and usage
  • Ability to work collaboratively with others.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
